Any product (with the exception of special order items and sales items) may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund; you are responsible for all shipping and handling charges, both ways.
The original invoice and a note describing the reason for return must be included in the package. We are not responsible for returned items lost in the mail. Please insure packages and send traceable. Pack very carefully. Items must be resaleable. Returns accepted only with return authorization.
