In this powerful DVD, nine inmates at the Old Colony Correctional Center speak about their backgrounds, their lives now, and their messages for today's youth. Common themes in the inmates’ lives include their problematic educational backgrounds and their attraction to life on the streets. Included with the DVD is an easy-to-use discussion guide that provides ideas for exploring these themes as well as a number of other important issues. The guide includes discussion questions in 4 categories, ideas for projects or homework assignments, and an interactive lesson plan/meeting agenda.
