game Description

Join My Team is an educational board game specifically designed to teach important concepts about working in teams and in other group situatinons.  Players have fun learning the positive actions and pitfalls that lead to work team success or disaster. 

Although the game is a simulation, the competition is real, and players are forced to make important decisions regarding the value of problem solving suggestions. 

As team leaders, they will suffer the same frustration with unhelpful team members that real team leaders experience in real situations.  The game deals with both the problem solving and interpersonal aspects of participating in teams and other groups.

During the post-game discussion, the teacher acts as a discussion leader, encouraging the students to use their experience in the game to discuss positive actions and pitfalls in group efforts.
