Working in both private child-care agencies and in state government, he has held positions as child-care worker, psychologist, and administrator. Dr. Glick has devoted his professional career to the development of policies, programs, and services for adolescents. His specialization is in juvenile delinquency and adolescents with emotional disturbances.
