This fast-paced board game helps teens and adults improve their ability to identify, cope with, and express their anger.

After moving along the Speedway, players will be able to discuss personal anger issues, identify effects of anger on health and wellness, increase awareness of the importance of managing anger more effectively, identify current coping outlets and increase their awareness of the role that anger has in people’s lives.
